QANTASCOPE HTP ASSAY REAGENT KITS
for high throughput scanning of molecules or natural products
The QantaScope HTP assay reagent kits are specially developed to be operated on QantaScope HexascopeHTP™ automated high throughput scanner and image analyzer system. The kits allow the user to perform high throughput scanning of different substances, libraries both for research and drug discovery.
The following kits are available:
QantaScope HTP assay reagent complete kit (180 molecules) format is containing all necessary reagents for library screening to screen 180 different substances at one concentration. This kit includes the custom made drug coated 384-well plate, optional Green Fluorescent cell lines, VitalDye for staining and detecting cell viability. Every kit is barcoded and the substance set up on the 384-well plate is registered and automatically recognized by the scanner.
The QantaScope HTP assay user made plate kit (384 well) format is containing all necessary reagents for culturing, staining and detecting cell viability during library screening. This kit includes, optional Green Fluorescent cell lines, VitalDye for staining and detecting cell viability. This kit allows the customer to use home produced 384-well plates in a specific substance set up where drug location must be adapted to the scanner read out.
The QantaScope HTP assay basic reagent kit format (384 well) is containing the necessary reagents for staining and detecting cell viability during library screening. This kit includes, VitalDye for staining and detecting cell viability. This kit allows customers to use their own cell lines and 384-well plates. The substance set up on the 384-well plates must be adapted to the system read out.
The QantaScope HTP IC50 measurement kit (384 well format) allows the user to measure IC50 values of 15 drugs in singular dilution series (or 5 drugs in triplicates) in 24 steps 2x dilution series. This kit includes the custom made drug coated 384-well plate, optional Green Fluorescent cell lines, VitalDye for staining and detecting cell viability. Every kit is barcoded where the substance set up on the 384-well plate is registered and automatically recognized by the scanner. To measure IC50 on home generated plates the users are advised to use the basic reagent kit (QS-HTP-384-B).
