iVV assay™ reagent kits
QANTASCOPE IVV ASSAY™ REAGENT KITS
The iVV assay™ reagent kits are operated on QantaScope HexascopeHAEMA™ automated scanner and image analyser system to assist assay guided cancer therapy. The kits include a patented OmniSanguine primary tumor cell ex vivo incubation medium, VitalDye and 384-well drug plates. The assay is aimed to assist oncologist in designing personalized cancer therapy. The sample can be taken from leukemia patients or carcinoma patients at the advanced phase of the disease with the accumulation of body cavity fluids containing tumor cells in suspension form. The assay examines the effect of 30 different anti-cancer drugs on fresh primary tumor cells isolated directly from the patient blood, bone marrow or body cavity fluids. The assay time is 72 hours and contains most of the necessary reagents to perform the test. All the different iVV assay™ reagent kits can be used for the different type of the above mentioned patients with no limitation, the stated subdivisions are only recommendations based on the drug list included in the kit. The QS-IVV-X-20 reagent kit allows the user to select the drugs from the other kits according to their special need based on the therapy requirements, which can differ in every country.
